Custom Products

Due to the custom nature of our 3D printing services, returns are generally not accepted for items that have been printed according to your specifications. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will:

  • Review the issue and determine if it qualifies for replacement
  • Provide a replacement at no additional cost
  • Offer a full or partial refund if replacement is not possible

Quality Issues

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your printed item, please contact us. We will assess the situation and may offer:

  • Re-printing the item
  • Post-processing to improve quality
  • A partial refund if the issue cannot be resolved

Cancellation Policy

Before Production

You may cancel your order before production begins and receive a full refund.

During Production

If production has already started, cancellation may result in a partial refund based on work completed and materials used.

After Completion

Once your order is complete, standard return policies apply.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide details about the issue or reason for return
  3. Include photos if applicable
  4. Wait for our review and response

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items that have been modified after receipt
  • Digital services already completed
  • Custom items printed exactly as specified

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for items with manufacturing defects. Contact us to discuss exchange options.
